Leading the team at the agency level and supervising the activities on social mobilization, formation of community organizations, need assessment and prioritization, selection of beneficiaries for conditional and unconditional food support.
Supporting the technical team in preparation of detailed Designs and Bill of Quantities (BoQs).
Making sure the record keeping of the participants of food for work and food for training is correct and no duplication is taking place.
Lead the team toward intended project objective;
Plan, organize, coordinate and manage food distribution activities with field staff
Receive and channelize complaints;
Present and actively coordinate in distribution of inputs related to FFW /FFT interventions;
Present and actively involved in capacity building events designed for beneficiary
To avoid conflicts and resolve issues among staff members.
To distribute the workload evenly and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained
Assign staff members according to the distribution process

Attend and participate in all meetings concerning food distribution at the field level
Maintain and up-date record of assessments and food distribution with the help of relevant documents on daily basis and share it with head office
